How to Win the Publishing Game: our hosts participating authors help aspiring writers earn the ins and out of writing and getting your book into print and the already published author the next step to get the books into the hands of avid readers.

Part I at Avalon Park Library (10:30 - 12:00) is about writing, editing and developing the book; Part II is at Borders Books & Music in Hyde Park (3:30-5:00) is about self-publishing, distribution, marketing and promotions.

Breaking into the Music Industry facilitated by Dr. Greta Pope, author of Music, Money & You talks about what it takes to follow your dream of performing nationally and internationally; or managing an aspiring talent's career.*

Etiquette Workshop for Tweens and Teens. Teen Pageant director, Gloria Franklin, gives a brief course on the proper way of doing things.
